Small Group Classes

Experience energy healing for your wellbeing in a relaxed, supportive, safe space with up to four participants. Small group classes are in-person at The Healing House of Saint Paul. $40 per class.

Rejuvenate Your Energy

Learn and experience the power of energy healing to gently renew and enliven your body and mind. This small group class will offer several ways to nurture your spirit and tap into an inner wellspring when you feel sluggish, a lack of enthusiasm, tired, or blue. Through easy movements that can be done seated or standing, along with meditative imagery, you can uplift your mood, decrease fatigue, and improve motivation.

Ease Pain through Healing Touch

Learn to use Healing Touch self-care techniques to soothe pain, including headaches, joint pain and related conditions. Through light touch on the body or in the energy field surrounding it, Healing Touch takes a gentle, holistic approach and is complementary to any other methods you may be using to manage pain. You will also experience a Healing Touch meditation to support the mind and spirit, acknowledging that many factors may be contributing to pain and bringing them into harmony energetically.
